The 2014 Cross Strait Conference on Special Education currently organized by the
Guizhou University of Engineering Science (GUES),co-organized by the National Taiwan
Normal University (NTNU) has been held in GUES on 15-17Otc.,2014.Lots of professors
and experts in special education from Havard University, NTNU,GUES,and other
universities from Guizhou Province attended this conference.
On the opening ceremony, the GUES Deputy Secretary of the Party committee Mr.
Tang Yuhua made a briefly introduction to the development and basic facts of GUES
special education,firstly,and then he expressed hopes that the NUTU,and other
universities which are remarkable for special education should help and support
GUES.Mr. Xiao Qinglun, Economic health professor from Harvard University, stated
that “the development of NTNU special education is world -famous, so GUES should
hold this opportunity .And the two universities should establish cooperation plans.”
By the following days, the professors and experts made plenty of discussions which
be focused on the key problems of special education.
